This agreement outlines the setup deliverables and recurring software access provided by Amerik Conecta CRM.
Amerik Conecta will execute a one-time configuration and system deployment tailored to FAM POWER, which includes:
Essential Core Installation: Configuration of an active CRM sub-account and deployment of a basic system snapshot.
Funnel Build: Setup of one basic 3-step lead generation and conversion funnel.
Calendar Integration: Configuration of one scheduling calendar.
Sales Pipeline: Construction of a basic sales pipeline to track deals clearly.
Booking Automations: Native booking flow configurations, including automated appointment confirmations and reminders.
Compliance: A2P Brand and Campaign validation assistance.
Enhanced Customizations: Initial creation of additional custom automations , pipeline optimization , additional landing page configuration , additional domain connections , and strategic system adjustments to fit your specific workflow.
Following the initial setup, ongoing access to the CRM platform includes:
Platform Access: Continuous self-service access to the full CRM platform.
Assets Included: 1 Active CRM Sub-account , 1 Funnel (3-step) , 1 Calendar , and 1 Sales Pipeline.
Capacity: Unlimited Users and Unlimited Contacts.
Training & Resources: One basic training session and full access to our tutorial video training library.
Native Infrastructure: All workflows, tracking, and automations are built and executed natively within the CRM platform.
Third-Party Integrations: The Essential Plan and Standard Setup do not include external third-party integrations, such as Zapier, Make, or custom external APIs.
Future Upgrades: If FAM POWER requires advanced multi-channel automations, custom external integrations (APIs/Zapier), or recurring monthly strategic system optimizations, a plan upgrade will be required.
Note: Out-of-scope complex automation requests will be evaluated and will require an upgrade to the CRM Growth ($297/mo) or Enterprise tier.
All communication and telecom usage fees are pay-as-you-go and are billed directly to the client's account based on actual consumption. These costs are charged by the infrastructure providers, are not included in the monthly $97 plan fee, and fluctuate based on usage:

To ensure a seamless, non-overwhelming transition, both parties agree to the following deployment timeline:
Order Confirmation: The client receives an immediate receipt and plan summary via email upon payment.
Onboarding Form Completion: The client must completely fill out the onboarding questionnaire to provide the necessary assets, branding, and copy details for setup.
Technical Deployment: Within one (1) business day of receiving the completed onboarding form, Amerik Conecta will begin configuring the CRM sub-account, pipeline, calendar, and automations.
Onboarding Call & Training: Amerik Conecta will schedule the basic training session to ensure the FAM POWER team hits the ground running with absolute confidence.
No Hidden Fees: There are no surprises or hidden lock-in contracts. You can scale or adjust your subscription as FAM POWER grows.
Account Ownership: The client retains ownership of their lead data and contacts. Subscription cancellation will result in the loss of platform access and sub-account suspension.
